Maddison-Greenwell Equestrian was founded as a company in 1988, initially to train our own and client’s horses. It has since, grown dramatically and expanded into a number of areas.

Peter Maddison-Greenwell, the founder has been principal trainer since the company started. Danielle Lawniczak has taken the key role of welfare as well as training both her own horses and clients.

In 1986 Peter joined The British Association for the Purebred Spanish Horse, then in it's infancy. He served as ordinary committee member then vice president and finally president for seven years before resigning in 2001 to dedicate more time to this rapidly developing business.

He is now recognised as one of the countries leading authorities on managing and training stallions in particular the Spanish and Portuguese.

Maddison-Greenwell Equestrian as a company provides education through its’ many: Clinics, Lectures and Lecture Demonstrations as well as Private Tuition at Studs and Training facilities throughout the UK and abroad and Courses at home.
